Just broke up with my boyfriend of three years and im so broken. Any tips to get through this

My biggest advice is spend time with friends, eat your favorite foods, do your favorite things, focus on what makes you happy. Take each day at a time it will get easier over time. And understand you’re experiencing grief for the loss of someone you loved you’ll have days where your on a high and days when your in a low. Don’t shut yourself off rely on your community and set boundaries for yourself

We both agreed that we lost track of ourselves and were putting in so much work to make us work that we need time apart.
