as a daycare teacher the way my friend is raising her kid is 🥴🥴 but i will never say anything bc she’s doing her best and she’s happy & healthy & loved and has a roof over her head and she’s fed. but for the love of god potty train ur kid 😭😭🙏🏻

the potty training really gets me, i have an almost 5 year old at my daycare who is in diapers because “sam’s club sells his size still”

I don’t have any kids so I just hush but literally same with my friend… walking and talking and still getting changed like a baby 🥴

UGH like i asked her if she started potty training yet and she said “they do it at school” and i asked if she does anything at home and she said “no, i ask her if she wants to go on the potty and she says no so i don’t make her” 😩😩😩😩😩 GIRL PUT HER ON THE POTTY

i know!! his parents are so ready for him to go to kindergarten and i’m like…what world are you living in? my daycare doesn’t allow us to put kids on the potty unless they have success at home so there’s nothing we can do about it either 🙃

As someone who was recently teaching kindergarten, there’s so many kids that are acting or behaving wayy below their capabilities and age because of parents like that 😭 it literally hinders their development, it seems not like a big deal but it affects everything 🫠
