I think you only need to have one every few years but my results came back adnormal last year so I have to do it every year for the next two years I think. They don’t know what’s abnormal about them so that’s lovely

Pap smear is something you start doing at 21 at the gyno to screen for cancer Nuvaring is a form of birth control that literally looks like a clear hair tie and you keep it in for 3 weeks and take it out for a withdrawal/period week then put a new one in, I really like it
