10:30-10:45 is ideal. You wanna give yourself enough time just in case there is traffic. And also enough time to park and walk into the building.

For future things that have a specific time you have to be there leave about 10-15 minutes early + the time it takes to drive there. Set like 5 different alarms in varied intervals cuz if you do them in repeated intervals then you zone them out
