gut really do be connected to mental health bc my stomach is goin thru it rn and it's making my anxiety so bad☠️

Try focused breathing and Star pose if you can. Closed eyes. And tense and release your body parts individually for a few cycles. Use self talk, find the why and then say, okay well there’s nothing I can physically do about it right NOW. And let yourself feel that calm that you can do it later and be okay 😌Then go eat some carbs and a Gatorade. Check back in lemme see how you fee

i went and walked around a reptile shop and eventually the feeling went away but i will try this next time. my stomach is indeed still upset tho

If you also have frequent issues with gut related issues and anxiety I would also try bellway or smth, it’s a drink mix to give your fiber and hep fill your stomach and gut. I had to use this for month before, I lt can get very bad very quickly be careful and jus eat what you want at a whim trust me
