Was really confused the first time reading this and thought she was using a $10 bill to cover only 23 cents

I hated when customers did that bc at my work you had to enter the amount that you were given and then the register would open and tell you how much change to take out and so if we took out a different amount because they gave us a different amount than what we inputted, we would get flagged at the end of the day because the amount in the register wouldn’t match up with the transaction history
