
I’ve even tried getting myself fun new things to try, like today I got some shower steamers and I’m excited to use them but I can’t get myself to get in, I’ve been standing in my bathroom just trying to prepare myself to do it, and I’m telling myself to just do it, but then I just don’t
I usually sweat at least a little bit while I’m at work and on the off days I’ll take a wet wash cloth and wipe myself down good but I feel like it’s better to just shower. Like I’ve canceled seeing friends before just because I couldn’t get myself to shower and I didn’t want to show up gross

Honestly thank you for this, I think I’ve been getting so obsessed with how clean I am cause I always see people talking about how if people don’t do their personal hygiene a certain way then they’re so gross and disgusting. It’s almost starting to feel like a hygiene competition or something
