AITA for confining my cat to my bathroom while we wait for the vet appointment because he keeps peeing on my carpet? And I’m constantly paranoid that I smell like cat pee while I’m at work.

As someone who works in vet med, no you didn’t screw up- people get lines of credit for vet care all the time! Urinary issues in cats can be pretty serious, so good job doing what you had to do to take care of him. Hope it goes well for you and your kitty!

Take him to vet urgent care not er veterinary it’s less costly usually
