i’ve been exposure therapying myself also by not scrubbing my hands after doing dishes & not washing my hands after touching things i don’t like (that aren’t actually dirty of course). it sucks but i’m getting better lol

as someone with ocd i lowkirkenuinely get it 🙏 and also exposure therapy for playing games after a week or month long break (if i take even a break of three days i have to restart it because for the best experience i have to play it in one sitting)

NO THATS SO REAL, I GET THAG TOO!! God forbid I go xxx amount of time without playing it and I have to delete all my data and start over. Theres a really specific order i have to watch movies in, so on top of not tracking it or rating it, ive also watched something which goes out of order of that. Small wins lol

Yea I just recently started giving it a try. It’s def hell but if it makes it better it’ll be worth it ig 😭
