Honestly let them know you’re having a horrible period and it’s making you sick. Unless you feel they wouldn’t take it seriously and be annoyed, then just keep it to “ I’m sick with something rn. Not contagious but feel like shit”

Can it be a game time call or do you have to decide rn? You could just see how you feel after some sleep and make a decision then.
