Hard to say without context, but don’t let family or friends guilt you for moving away. If the opposite coast has school or career opportunities, or if you need a change of environment, you know what’s best for you! Personal growth is so important, plus there’s always the option of moving back home later in life too. If they care about you I’m sure they’ll understand
