Because either A. his wife was with him before the money & helped him build his empire, or B. he was already rich and 100% had a prenup. Anything to dodge accountability tho 💀

That excuse makes no sense. He thinks his wife will take his money in the divorce so…he gives her a reason to divorce him?

I think the implication is his marriage was unhappy but he was “trapped” because she’d steal his money. Don’t ask me. Man logic 💀

Prenup’s only account for assets gained before the marriage. So anything after she could be entitled to half

You aren’t “entitled” to shit unless it’s written on paper. A billionaire client is not having his family lawyer write a prenuptial agreement that doesn’t protect his assets. And a family lawyer that wouldn’t fight for his assets during the divorce, isn’t going to be this guy’s lawyer. It’s a poor excuse for an explanation of why this man cheated.

And yes, you can draft prenuptials that pertain to the division of wealth one accumulates after the marriage

It makes sense for her to get half so idk what the problem is? There’s 2 people in the relationship and she’s one of them so….what u stated was correct in most cases. Idk why people are acting like pointing out the fact that she deserves half of the assets accumulated during the relationship means anyone thinks it excuses cheating?

people aren’t saying she deserves it, people online are basically saying she’d steal it. and that would “force” the man to stay in the marriage and cheat. idc how this couple splits up his money but all this chatter is bullshit excuses. if that man wanted to leave he 100% could have instead of cheating.

Right and now that it’s obvious, the judge will grant her more assets in the divorce so yea idk about this logic
