good luck! don’t be scared of the students, they can smell fear. be confident with what you say and do not be afraid to call the front office/principal to come talk to them. write down names on the board too. there will be students that are disrespectful or mock you, you can ignore it if you want to but if you decide to confront it, do NOT get into a power fight with them. you lose the moment you start arguing lol

& if this is subbing with the intent of becoming a teacher later on, know that subbing is NOT an accurate representation of teaching. your classroom will be easier to manage because they’ll be your students and they’ll actually fear you if you do things right. u got this!

luckily i’m at a early education center as a TA so i’m going class to class today! (i’m on break rn) it’s been good far but im worried i may get sick from all the little sniffles
