if you do it every once in a while it’s fine. but doing it every day will damage your skin

I do, bar soap first and the moisturizering body wash

I think it depends on your skin! My skin is really dry (this applies to my face too) so I don’t do it too often so I don’t dry my skin out. Just depends on what’s right for you :)
