i mean i dont rlly believe that. Lily tino is a gross ass person, but like respectability politics are bullshit. anyone who is put off of the entire trans community just because of this one incident weren't really good ally's to begin with. and if not this, then the conservatives would just point to something else to justify their hate because we'll never be people in their eyes.
