i have this problem too, i’ll be awake but in bed for hours bc i don’t wanna do anything
Open the blinds, make a coffee, play some music and journal or do some yoga or light stretches
Calling a friend really helps me a lot
That tracks, I just kinda don’t wanna bother anyone before 6 am 😭 but I suppose I could at least ask
You could always just ask some people if any of them get up that early and if they do then maybe you’ll even be able to help the out too
