I’m trying to sleep train myself but I also struggle with depression. Wtf should I be doing in the mornings? I’m bored and just wanna go back to bed :(

Open the blinds, make a coffee, play some music and journal or do some yoga or light stretches

do a workout make some breakfast and do ur hygiene then by that point you should have daylight outside

i literally roll out of my bed and hit the floor and do some sit ups and then some stretching. it’s not about actually making progress or anything it just gets me moving and i have no choice after that
