Up your protein intake to an insane amount, your body works hard to break it down and it keeps you full. You'll also be so sick of protein you unintentionally reduce your cals. I lost 30 lbs in a few months and it's stayed off even when I resumed normal eating

A fuckton of chicken breasts, cottage cheese, high protein greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs (you can do them in the air fryer too 270F for 17 mins, a little less if you like softer yolks and a little more for chalky yolks) There would be nights I'd have 6 eggs for dinner with some sea salt and pepper sprinkled on top, intensely filling tho but I LOVE eggs

You can also blend cottage cheese into literally anything for a protein boost and it doesn't add flavor- but it does add creaminess so keep that in mind
