Real. Like I fr wanna loose weight but it’s hard when food is so good. Like I have been going on walks. Like every other day. Been doing 2-3 miles when I do. But the food part is what isn’t helping at all

I used to try to walk 10000 steps a day and it’s not like it was physically hard but it was just annoying and tedious to me

i think what counts as junk food greatly depends on one’s diet and activity level like for me ig it probably takes a higher than average level of calories for smth to be junky but it’s def different for everyone

I think walking 2 to 3 is really good but you’re supposed to get the rest just from your daily life which isn’t realistic for a lot of lifestyles, but it is for others

Everything that’s not healthy is considered junk food tho. Candy, chips, cookies, ice cream, etc.

Like I gained so much weight in college. I’d say I was 30-40lbs less than I am now when I first started. Like I wanted to loose weight back then but not it wayyy harder.

for me tho sometimes all of those things are healthy it really really depends on the person and lifestyle. sometimes i’m in need of a bit more sugar, salt, or calories so having ice cream often is healthy
