fashion boobs are small/medium perky boobs that are desired in the fashion industry, kinda like model body

it’s coping language for us smaller chested girl being insecure. like let us have something.

you cope by putting other women down?

genuinely what does a woman with big boobs saying she has fashion boobs take away from you. like why do you have a problem with that

upvote 6 downvote

Anonymous replying to -> #2 4d

it was never meant to put other women down. it started as slang about small boobs and fashion, and people are projecting meaning onto it when it wasn’t originally about comparing bodies.

then why do you want to keep it for small chested women only? dont you think you projected meaning on it when you said you use it to cope?

you’re mixing up how a term is used with what it actually means. using something jokingly and to cope with our insecurities doesn’t automatically change its original meaning or turn it into an insult or competition.

…ok. so why don’t you want women with big boobs to say they have fashion boobs. you still haven’t answered that

upvote 1 downvote
default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> #2 4d

it’s not about not wanting big boobs included, it’s just what the term originally refers to. some small chested girls also use it jokingly to cope with being mocked for having little to no boob, that’s all.

no it very much is. you said you don’t want women with big boobs included in your post AND in your original reply to me

upvote 7 downvote

Anonymous replying to -> #2 4d

because fashion boobs ISNT originally for big boobs. so yeah i don’t want it included because it’s not originally the term. does that make sense?

Anonymous replying to -> OP 4d

why do you want the term to stay exclusive instead of expanding it as a way to lift everyone up?

upvote 5 downvote
default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> #2 4d

the term isn’t putting anyone down in the first place idk where you’re getting that from. it’s simply to appreciate smaller chests because we get mocked a lot.

It’s literally putting people down by you saying that bigger gals can’t use the term??? Also don’t you think larger chested girls get mocked too, and deserve a nice term?

that’s just what the term refers to and why some smaller chested women connect with it. it’s not a competition.

bigger gals can use it, it’s just that it was meant for smaller chested girlies. and i didn’t know bigger chested girls got mocked for being flat, my bad.

Anonymous replying to -> OP 4d

i didn’t think i’d have to explain that viewing one size of boobs as ‘fashion’ aka attractive and desirable (in your own words) does actually mean that every other size boob isn’t ‘attractive’ or ‘desirable’ enough to use that term, which you want to keep exclusive. what does it take away from you if women with big boobs want to call them fashion boobs? genuinely what is the point of keeping that exclusive UNLESS it’s meant to give status to women with smaller chests?

default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> OP 4d

women with larger chests don’t get mocked for being flat but we ARE oversexualized for a body part we have no control over and can’t change. women are mocked for our bodies no matter what which is why i can’t understand why you’re so against a term that could make all women feel better about the way we look

default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> #2 4d

it’s not about status or excluding anyone. it’s just a fashion/body term that some people relate to differently online. you’re making this into a hierarchy thing for some reason which is really weird. nowhere did i rank bodies at all, the term has just been exclusively used for us smaller chested girls.

Anonymous replying to -> OP 4d

i’m doing the exact opposite actually. i’m saying all women should be able to use the term fashion boobs, YOURE the one that keeps making excuses for excluding women and making it into a hierarchy lol

this isn’t about how one group has it worse or deserves more validation. i’m just saying fashion boobs is a specific fashion/body reference that smaller chested girls relate to because of how we’ve been talked about. i’m not against anyone feeling good about their body, i just don’t think changing the meaning of the term is necessary for that. you’re acting like i’m anti big boob when i just wanted smaller chests to feel appreciated because i clearly belong in that group.

you can use it too idc. it’s just mainly been something that affirms smaller chests, and that’s why a lot of us connect with it.

You can want smaller boobs to be appreciated- but ‘bigger boobs aren’t fashion boobs’ by definition means that we can’t use them fashionably? Like it feels like you’re putting one group down to raise urself up- yes there’s specific issues smaller girls face, but being included in fashion isn’t rlly one of them- and if it is, bigger girls also have this issue- so why are we dividing based on size instead of accepting that all boobs are?

Don’t larger women also have the problem that their boobs don’t work with an outfit? Like what’s specific abt smaller ones - bc for what I know it’s easier to find clothes and look good with smaller than larger-

i mean you obviously do care since you wouldn’t have made this post if you didn’t. nothing is taken away from smaller chested women if larger chested women start using the term fashion boobs. you can still use it to affirm yourself. the only reason that affirmation would no longer work once the term is no longer exclusive is IF the affirmation is based on the idea that smaller boobs = more fashionable = better

you keep making this into a “what about me” argument which is why i made this post in the first place like you’re proving my point. this post was about small chests and how fashion boobs makes us feel appreciated.

fashion boobs IS uplifting women, specifically small chested!! just because it doesn’t include you doesn’t make it a competition or that there is something wrong with you.

It honestly feels a bit more like you’re uplifting one minority and putting another down ngl- like ok we’re both getting fucked by the beauty standard and you’re solution is to pride urself on your lighter skin color or whatever.

YES! that’s my POINT! it is an uplifting term! and like i’ve already explained, expanding that to include larger chested women takes NOTHING away from smaller chested women, especially since there’s nothing inherent about ‘fashion boobs’ that should exclude them

Can you elaborate why small chested women need the term fashion boobs when they’re currently all the rage and accommodated for more than larger ones

Like yes, both sides struggle with really awful perceptions, neither side has it easy, so why can’t our boobs be viewed as fashionable too?

You can accept and appreciate terms made for different women without making it about yourself. You guys are like ME ME ME and trying to insert yourselves in a space that was made for small chested women. That’s what my post is about. You can use the term all you want I already said idc. I’m just explaining the term was made for smaller chested women. No where did I put down bigger chested women.

That’s literally the meaning of fashion boobs. We are accommodated for and it makes us feel more seen after being mocked all the time. That’s literally what fashion boobs means bruh😭😭

Idk most things feel built for small chested women… like the ‘standard’ is having medium to large boobs, but most fashion is for smaller girls to feel like that, rather than actually for larger girls
