going through a pretty tough breakup right now over his porn addiction, lying and sex issues. can someone please reassure me that he would have done it regardless of if i looked any different?

I broke up with a man over his porn addiction and his was so bad girl and I have no regrets at all. He literally had erectile dysfunction because of it. He told me “we will only have sex if you let me watch porn while we do it” and we ended up never having sex. I would beg everyday and say I would give him oral or do whatever I just wanted to be close with him. It affected EVERYTHING. You will never look back!

sabrina carpenter, ariana grande, beyonce, some of the most beautiful women on earth have been cheated on. the reasons they were cheated on, are probably same as the reasons why your ex was addicted to p0rn, nothing to do with appearance!!

My ex’s porn addiction was so bad he told me he had seen *every* type of porn at least once. Yours will probably get there some day soon you definitely did the right thing

porn addiction is an addiction. it changes your brain chemistry and arousal process. it doesn’t matter if you’re the prettiest person in the world, biologically his body is different right now and he is dependent on porn for the dopamine high. even regular porn starts to lose its effect though, which is why people with porn addictions eventually get into heavier and darker stuff to even be able to get off. because it’s an addiction, outside forces can’t make him stop.

only he can make himself stop, and he has to choose that internally. he is sick and it isn’t because you weren’t good enough. this addiction also likely started far before you were even in the picture. you deserve better and you will find better!
