Unrelated I was literally at a dicks sporting goods don't they took all the trash cans out of the stalls so I had to leave my stall to throw my tampon away in the general trash cans which I thought was absolutely horrible

If you’re worried about a biological hazard, wrapping it in the old wrapper isn’t doing anything. Let’s be real, Y’all are just grossed out by a normal bodily function. If it’s serious that deep you wouldn’t be disposing of them in a public bathroom trash can in the first place

wrapping it in something and making sure it’s all the way in the trash can is different than leaving it halfway in where it’s touching the lid that everyone else has to touch. I’m not “grossed out by a normal body function” but that doesn’t mean I want to touch a surface that someone’s shit has been on, and that’s a “normal body function,” isn’t it?
