Imagine thinking being here on a legal education visa, having it ripped out of your hands by the administration cuz the school doesn't cowtow to Trump, and then having to defend yourself against being called a criminal. I sincerely can't believe how brainrotted these conservative girls are.

they obviously don’t know that legal immigrants are being affected because they don’t read the news. and they blindly spew “should’ve come here legally” as if undocumented immigrants were just like “yk what, i want to move to u.s. for funsies and i’m too lazy to fill out a form so i’ll just go illegally” and not like they were escaping terror and poverty and did not have the time/resources to get a visa. like just say you have no empathy nor understanding of shitstorm immigration process.

we give them a chance to come here legally. they don’t do it the right way? they get deported. some other countries find out you’re there illegally and yes they will unalive you on the spot with no second chance to do it right. a person already breaks the law by coming in illegally. there are people who put in the years and years worth of work to get the proper documentation to become a legal citizen, and the others just expect our tax dollars to pay for them, which is wrong. they need to work

stop throwing around the same buzzword-filled sentences you hear and do your own research. people who have the money and resources to go through the legal process do so, but not every job industry provides visas, and not everyone who’s fleeing a bad situation is has the means to go through the incredibly complicated process. you have no empathy for those human beings, fine, say so. the tax dollar nonsense is just wrong, many undocumented immigrants work and pay taxes.

many of these taxes go towards social services - social security, medicare, food stamps - which are benefits that immigrants (even legal immigrants) don’t get to use. so their tax dollars are paying for you too.

Oh so now YOURE saying immigrants should be glad we don’t just kill them. “Oh in other counties they’d be dead so they should be grateful we’re just shipping them away after holding them in unsanitary detention centers and pulling them off the street into unmarked vans by masked men”.
