IMO maybe just suck it up for one night but talk to her about it tomorrow nicely? Like express that you understand that she’s sick but that you’re also not comfortable with a man in ur room while ur sleeping (Ik it sucks and you shouldn’t have to deal with it in your room but she does have a legitimate issue going on it’s not like they’re hooking up)
