I agree to an extent but I think there are exceptions. Maybe I’m biased because I’m kind of like that, but I love the men I’ve carefully chosen to keep in my life. I think it’s sad when there are women like that who date and defend men that are just as terrible as all the other men they rally against

you can resent patriarchy and abusive men but still wanna date one. you can't help who you wanna bang or date 😞 that's life we're all a little weird and pathetic sometimes

I can understand where you’re coming from but I think it comes off as kind of judgmental. It kind of comes off as you’re saying sexuality is a choice when it’s not. I think a lot of women use it to cope with the patriarchy and others use it to cope with bad dating culture. I’ve done both, and I am sure many other women have too.

if i’m coming off as judgemental it’s bc im judging them. me saying it’s pathetic to date people you openly hate is not saying sexuality is a choice? hello? i know it’s not, im a lesbian 😭
