There is no normal amount of music listening, some people really like music and listen to a bunch, other people don’t listen to music at all

Yeah I listened to 4450 minutes in 2025 and my bf had like 58K…. And he has a friend that has over 100K minutes every year. But I also listen to like the radio in my car more than I connect my phone and use Spotify so it’s kinda just a toss up for your personal life and what you do
