thank you, imo it really was justified and I wasn’t blindly rage-typing into a keyboard, there was a $30 difference between their posted free shipping minimum and what the cart said qualified, so I submitted an inquiry which they responded to in a few hours, but my follow up response took 4 days? So I sent a slightly less nice message pointing out their lack of service and they sent me a free shipping code but didn’t even acknowledge their shitty response time
