I’ve been making him smoothies every day! 1 cup whole milk, 1 scoop protein powder (he likes banana flavor), 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries. Blend all that up then throw 2.5 tablespoons chia seeds in, mix that up and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Dude can’t get enough of it!
