I went through an emotionally abusive relationship, and then my friend told me she was pregnant, and I literally didn’t even tell her yet and I let her talk because that’s so much more traumatizing esp bc it was with her ex…idk why she thought it was ok to do that. i’m so sorry. are you okay? what are you thinking

just annoyed. like i’m on the phone crashing out to her and she starts talking about how horrible her mom is to her while i’m already dissociating. it was stressing me out so much more because then i felt like i had to be support for her too
