 Went to the shooting range on my day off today. Just wanted to remind y’all that, especially if it’s your first time shooting, do 𝙣𝙤𝙩 wear anything low-cut to the range for brass-burn reasons. Saw that happen today. Kinda funny but also just ouch,

Also never wear a crop top or go topless when cooking bacon. My boobs have scars on them from it 😔

just be careful period!! my first time shooting was at an indoor range with very narrow lanes, I wore a hoodie shirt thing and the hood was down (stupid ik) and a casing ricocheted off the lane divider and somehow got stuck between my bra and top and burned my back. I recommend starting at outdoor ranges or indoor ones with not super narrow lanes (also indoor ones are very loud and scary) also tuck the hood into the back of ur hoodie

I know a friend of mine who has a 7.62x39 scar on her boobs from wearing a crop-top from brass burn from a round down her shirt. Also just the issue of being startled while having a loaded firearm in your hands isn’t great One of the reasons I’m real glad I grew up with my parents actually teaching me to shoot otherwise I might have made that same mistake my first time. Also it’s a shame because cooking topless can be fun, but I never do it with oil or anything on the stove for that same reason.
