i totally understand how you can poop when giving birth because my period cramps give me so much distrust on whether or not i'm about to sh*t myself in the first few days

Oh I was so worried while giving birth that I’d poop. I kept saying sorry to the dr and nurses. I didn’t poop it I wanted too
