Good luck!! Idk about your area but I found out that rental homes are hard to get if you’re not at least married. Landlords don’t care about credit score or ability to pay rent, just tenants that seem like they’ll be long term :,)

Thanks! My mom has rented from this landlord for years when we were younger until she bought her own home so he knows me and the home I’m trying to rent isn’t even listed yet. I reached out to him and he said he’ll list it so I can apply. So I may have a small advantage with that. Fingers crossed 🤞🏾
