u can prolly see how much money you’ve spent somewhere in the app, that would be good motivation. u can make yummy unhealthy food at home very easily haha

the issue is i have to use a communal kitchen but ppl r out of the dorm now so hopefully it should be easier !!!! also thankfully it’s very cheap in my area so ive spent about the amount eating out

Have you ordered from UberEats since posting this? Are you in the process of getting your refund from that one incident? Is all of this working for you?

Thank you for your questions - since the incident I ordered twice lmao (ADDICTION is real.) One time was absolutely worth it (two big burritos for $12!) but today they sent me wet temperua and half microwaved chicken and rice from a place that was amazing when I previously ordered so that reallyyyy put me off. Uber denied my request for a refund for the stolen order but I’m gonna contact live text customer support and

Girl I feel like DoorDash is so much better than UberEats yk. Like yes sometimes it is the chefs on that shift but also I dont trust the drivers either When are you contacting live customer support tho? I hope you do it today

I don’t know. I felt the same way until I worked at a restaurant, that’s where I found out how little most food delivery services vet their people 😭 Uber was the least sketchy by a LONG shot. And this isn’t me sucking up to them (because all these services suck) but we reported the same guy seven times in a month to one service for making jokes about drugging the food, and they did absolutely nothing about it 💀

What service were you reporting him to

That particular guy we were reporting to Waiter on the way, but we later found out he worked for DoorDash too, just not Uber because according to him “they didn’t approve of [his] background” We reported him to DoorDash at least once for threatening to drug food and sexually harassing restaurant staff before I left, but from what my manager told me he still works for DD

But like its an addiction and she is still gonna choose to do it. I just hope she does it less with more food each time and saves some of it for later meals
