ive had an actual reaction, any time i eat them my mouth gets all tingly and itchy but with carrots i lowkey even felt my windpipe closing 😭🙏 but it's only when they're raw thank GOD

Okay! Then you might be in luck! It might be a cross pollination issue like if you’re allergic to ragweed or something. You could look it up for plants that cross pollinate with both apples and carrots if you have a known plant/weed allergy

So you might just have to get a different kind of apple or carrots that aren’t grown in the same environment that the weed does (this happens to my sister with watermelons and carrots)

You should definitely go to an allergist if you can to get some tests run so you don’t have these random reactions though. Especially if you don’t have an epipen

i do get random hives but it's usually from the heat, never from water (thank the lord 🙏)

not that i know of tbh, ive always just broken out in hives or had my face be so itchy i wanna rip it out, but usually i just think its pollen or the heat

Okay! I was wondering if you had Mass Cell Activation Syndrome (Mcas) like I do which has caused a ton of allergies. You might benefit from a medication like Deupixent which suppresses the allergy part of your immune system but without other health conditions I don’t know if you can be prescribed it
