I’m assuming you’re talking about the Cornel 7 situation and twisting the scenario to capitalize off of it. She reported them because they beat and raped her while she was blacked out. You can’t even consent if you’re intoxicated. You people make me sick.

men fighting so hard to defend the Cornell rapists only better prove my position of ALL MEN. a“good” man would have so much fury at how women are treated. a “protector” would be policing other men’s behavior. they’d be disgusted at how a majority of men don’t give a fuck about women.

it’s genuinely sickening though since New York (among other states) has the “voluntary intoxication loophole,” which makes it legal to have sex with someone who consented while voluntarily intoxicated. I’m glad that this awful situation is a push to excise that excuse.

besides legalizing that form of rape, it also allows the defense to question the intoxication rather than the actual crime, which often has less focus on it and includes its own layer of consent. obviously she was pressured into taking the drugs, but the fact it’s an argument is so disgusting.
