All the different pills I’ve been on have lightened and shortened mine to 7 days and made them more consistent. Never been on any implants. Lol it’s crazy how some people naturally have 2/3 day periods once a month😭

I take the pill (junel) and it's shortened my period and some months I only spot.... didn't get rid of the debilitating cramps but what can ya do

i have my period 4 times a yr on the pill (it's so light) bc i skip the placebo week most months, as prescribed by my doctor. taking the placebo pills for some pills isn't even necessary most of the time u just have to discuss with ur doctor that thats what u want to do so they refill it frequently enough

Unfortunately this question is always really hard to answer because everybody’s body is reacting certainly to birth control. Somebody’s experience with one kind might be different from your experience with it. I would talk to your doctor and start on the pill maybe. I started on the pill but now I have the implant
