My therapist doesn’t like it when I say I don’t know what my strengths are. I genuinely don’t know. I think I’m the worst at most things. That’s why I’m talking to you. She acts like I’m intentionally ignoring stuff for modesty’s sake.
I think she just wants you to think about it not necessarily come up with an answer.

no literally the same thing happened to me. She was like “name 3 good things about yourself” and i was like idkkk. And she was like i’ll wait and i was like OH- But i literally don’t know 😂
