I did, I worked out a lot but then had a season where I ate like shit and gained weight. I wouldn’t recommend that method tho bc I felt like crap all the time.

Unilateral exercises help a lot, and you will not see results for awhile. You might even see results until typically after 8 weeks, increase protein and calorie intake to build that muscle, don’t only work your glutes
