prioritize sleep it’s probably the best thing you can do for your health

Deep breathing, and reducing stress as much as possible. Biotin and cleaning up your diet will help a bit too, but generally the only thing you can do is minimize other damage to other hair such as heat treating, bleaching etc. because it’s the stress itself that’s doing it
