Same bc what I wear lifts them and that part of my boobs is in direct pointed up sunlight and gets the most tan

so when you say darker is it an even coverage like hyperpigmentation? it’s common due to friction and sweat. but if it’s kind of splotchy darkness it may be tinea versicolor (fungal infection on the skin)
