I was given face wash from the doctors office once and my forehead had a giant rash that made it darker as well I was distraught

I still can’t find a dermatologist 😪every time I touch my face it becomes red cause I have seborretic dermatitis

I use the chamomile calm skin cream from Emenince. It’s kind of pricey. But it has made such a difference in my skin flaring up
