My in laws want to plan a vacation to Disney for when my son is like 5mo old and are so confused as to why I don’t want to 😭 like he’s not gonna remember it & my husband & I are gonna be the ones toting around an infant and his stuff. It makes no sense

also I feel it’s terrible to bring a kid that young. like you said, they’re spending all that money just for you to not remember it. but also you can’t do half the stuff, you can’t enjoy it bc you have to keep your eyes on your kid the whole time, the kid will get tired and want to go back to the hotel early so you’re not getting your moneys worth

Literally all I remember is in this minney house there was a kitchen with a cake that rose/inflated in the oven. I must have really liked it 😭

i went at 3 and once at like 5 or 6 and do remember a little bit of it. i think parents do bc even if their kid won’t remember, it made them happy at the moment

I went there recently as a 20 year old who hasn’t been there since I was 2. I promised myself I’d wait for my future kids to be at least 5 years old and older when I take them.
