Oh, idk I guess it probably just depends on the surgery maybe. I just follow whatever the doctors or surgeon tells me to do and don’t think I could have survived without those meds for a bit, too much pain

because opioids are extremely easy to get addicted to. taking opioids after surgery is recommended but you don’t have to and i don’t, my mom didn’t either when she had her hysterectomy.
