Has anybody else taken meds specifically for flying? Like anxiety meds? Do they work? Idk how to bring it up to my doctor by I have a long ass flight next month and I’m already anxious abt it

They may prescribe you a one time dose of something like Ativan I got a 0.5 mg for my iud insertion bc I told them I was really anxious about the pain (idk why they didn’t give me pain meds but women’s healthcare I guess!)
