Well wtf… maybe they shouldn’t give you a green pen??? They should go over it themselves with black pen that’s so dumb

They should just scan it to black and white, no one could tell on a digital copy

I’m surprised it has to be in black. I work in a law office and all original copies that we send and receive esp from medical offices all use blue ink to verify that they are originals

That’s what I though but several were informed consent for accutane and another procedure so now they’re panicking legally wise
