so i recently increased my step count (from being pretty sedentary to a goal of 7k steps/day) and now im having trouble sleeping at night!? i try to finish my steps at least 2 hours before bed so idk if its related or just a coincidence
Try doing some stretches or yoga before bed! Your body just may be adjusting to the movement and needs something to signal it’s time to slow down and rest (idk I’m just making shit up but I feel like it’ll help)
