I think I’m avoiding work and now have to pull an all nighter because of my OCD. I had a 4 day weekend and guess what got done 3 pages of a book bc I need to take notes on every little thing and had to reread!!! I’m done literally. Wyd do I do now?
Throw on the Harry Potter series, kick it back w a sharp scented candle like citrus or eucalyptus, Celsius, crack out those tasks and then delegate a nap cycle to help balance it before work
