GOOD strawberry ice cream is exceptional. i used to work at an ice cream place owned by a dairy farm and they would blend freeze dried strawberries into their sweet cream ice cream and make a fresh strawberry soft serve that was INCREDIBLE. you could dip it in melted chocolate for a hard shell and cover it in dark chocolate shavings omg
