my hair used to be just like yours i was washing literally everyday and it was just so gross after a day but then during summer of covid i was like okay let’s try and train my hair so i washed it 2-3 times a week and now that’s just what i do and it can look brand new and healthy for up to 3 days after washing and try to switch out your shampoos bi-weekly and make sure to use a cleansing shampoo occasionally too
I was on the less wash life style for a whole bc college was hard. And yea oily then, after like 2-3 days then that’s dirty bc yk earth. Now I have tons more time and energy to take more in depth care of myself besides trying to make it through that last year. So I try to wash every day / every other day and it’s still just as bad. Also considering I want to go to the gym or swim, or maybe go out. It makes washing really hard
