It’s stopped my period and I forget I have it in. Just take pain meds and eat before it’s inserted and you’ll be fine :)

I love mine. I got the marina, so I don’t have a period anymore and it’s amazing lol! I was expecting so much pain and I was so nervous, but as someone with horrible period cramps, it was no worse than that!! Everyone is different though and if you have a negative experience you can always get it taken out!!💓
