So for a little over simplification: your sun is how other people see you, your moon is how you see yourself, and your rising is how you actually are.

So you’re definitely an empathetic person and you are constantly seeking out deep relationships with others but have a very hard time with casual relationships. You come off as stubborn to others but you just think they are missing the point most of the time. You’re definitely a perfectionist and pay close attention to detail so you probably butt heads with others when they aren’t being cooperative or are too aloof (especially when making plans).

Definitely have anxiety and so your own worst enemy is yourself, but other people don’t see this and think you’re put together and confident.
